Ensur­ing food safety is of utmost impor­tance to Mer­chants Food­ser­vice. We have a strong com­mit­ment to this goal from the top down. We work proac­tively and aggres­sively to pro­tect the safety of our prod­ucts for our cus­tomers and their cus­tomers. Food safety is not only required by law, but it’s also a moral oblig­a­tion. To achieve this goal, we check every link in the chain from the grower and man­u­fac­turer through deliv­ery to our cus­tomers. Mer­chants Food­ser­vice is the only food­ser­vice dis­trib­u­tor that posts third-​party food safety inspec­tions online.
